Graduated in psycho sociology at La Sorbonne, Paris. More than 30 years of experience in qualitative and creative marketing research. Co-founder of Qualitative Village.


Pierre Batton
Director of studies and partner specialized in banking & insurance, real estate, services, communities, energies. EM Lyon, graduate of the franco-britsh Chamber of commerce. Pierre has more than 18 years of experience in marketing research. Previously, he was Exportations manager in the DMC group, associated director in the GMV Conseil firm (research and marketing advisor) and marketing director in the Sodexo group. He was independently conducting qualitative research since 2003 before he joined Creative Works in 2008.


Fabienne Silvestre
Qualitative research director and partner, she is also an editorial consultant for Creative Works since 2006. Graduated in Marketing at the ICN and certified by a DESS in editorial counsel & digital knowledge management, Fabienne has more than 17 years of experience in the studies: in charge of studies at Insight, strategic planning director at Aluminium (Marketing consultants specialized in automotive, B2B and sustainable development). Qualitative studies director and editorial consultants for print and internet.


Gilles Thuillot
Qualitative studies director and partner specialized in digital, cultural and multimedia services. Graduated from Science Po Paris and certified with a DESS in applied foreign languages. Gilles has more than 15 years of experience in marketing studies firms working in services, media, public and cultural services, banking & insurance, internet and digital. Worked at TMO consultants, at the Sofres as the marketing director in the services department and media department. Gilles was Media and multimedia department director at the LH2 Institut (ex Louis Harris) from 2002 to 2014.


Laurent Martin
Qualitative studies director and partner specialized in mass consumption. Certified with a DESS certificate of administrative aptitude of the I.A.F companies of Paris and a Master in aesthetic art and advertising. Laurent has a double experience: 12 years of experience in advertising and market studies. Advertising director at Public & Communication, then consultant, project manager at Fortiter, consulting agency specialized in advertising. Account director at Creacom-EDC, consulting agency in advertising and corporate advertisement, Laurent started working in qualitative studies in 2003. He worked as an independent before taking the chair of director of studies in the mass consumption department of the Institut LH2 (ex Louis Harris) from 2010 to 2014.


Christine Buquen
Advertising consultant and copywriter specialized in banking, insurance, real estate… Graduate of the Institut Français de Presse and certified with a master in political sciences at the Université Paris V René Descartes. Christine has more than 20 years of experience in advertising agencies (Hintzy Heymann, agency specialized in corporate advertising) and has the client advertiser (Crédit Agricole SA – Banking & insurance, Managing both private and business customers advertising campaigns).
